Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using ViperCore POS software (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use one edition (Restaurant or Retail) of ViperCore POS on your devices. Each edition requires a separate license purchase.

This license includes:

• Full access to all features within the purchased edition
• One year of updates and maintenance included from the date of purchase
• Continued use of the Software indefinitely, whether or not the annual update plan is renewed after the first year

3. Pricing & Payment

• Lifetime access is priced at AED 1,500 per edition, which includes the first year of updates and maintenance
• Renewing the annual update plan (optional, after year one) is AED 200 per year
• All prices are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED)
• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• Prices are subject to change with notice for new purchases

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Software, all sales are final once the activation key has been delivered. If you experience technical issues that prevent the Software from functioning as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase for resolution or a full refund.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software to third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Share your activation key with others or use it on unauthorized devices
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all business data created using ViperCore POS. All data is stored locally on your computer. We do not access, collect, or store your operational business data (orders, menu items, inventory, financial records).

7. Software Updates

During your active update plan (the first year is included with your purchase), you receive access to feature updates, improvements, and priority support. If your update plan lapses, the Software continues to function fully and indefinitely. It will not lock, expire, or stop working. It simply stops receiving new updates until the annual plan is renewed.

8. Limitation of Liability

ViperCore is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

9. Tax Compliance

ViperCore POS includes built-in VAT calculation and receipt formatting aligned with UAE Federal Tax Authority standards. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your business complies with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

10. Termination

Your license is perpetual and does not expire. We reserve the right to suspend access to update services if these terms are violated. You may stop using the Software at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
